Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe


  • Chicken Seasoning:
  • 4 bh Chest Chicken Fillet
  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt Plain
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 4 garlic (chopped)
  • Ginger 2 segments (refined)
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 bh Bombay Onion (chopped)
  • 4 sg garlict (refined)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Sugar comb
  • Salt
  • 400 g Pure Tomato
  • 1 1/4 Double Cream

Step to Cook

  • Chicken: Mix all the chicken marinade ingredients, mix well, then put in the refrigerator and let stand for 10 minutes, overnight is better
  • Roast the chicken for about 15 minutes until dark brown on the 2nd side
  • Lift and set aside
  • Sauce: melt butter and sauté onion until fragrant, add baput and ginger, saute again
  • Add all the spices, stir well, cook until fragrant
  • Add the tomato puree and paprika powder, stir well and bring to a boil
  • Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens and browns
  • Finally add sugar and double cream gradually, stirring evenly
  • Add the chicken, cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce explodes (if it feels too thick you can add water)
  • Serving: Give coriander / wansui leaf topping and serve with rice or pratha bread
