Spaghetti Aglio E Olio Recipe


  • 1/2 pack of spaghetti
  • 50 gr catfish fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp mushroom broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Water for boiling
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Step to Cook

  • Marinate catfish fillets with lime, salt, garlic powder and a little flour. Then fry until half cooked.
  • On the other hand, bring to a boil with 2 tablespoons cooking oil and ½ teaspoon salt. Boil until cooked, don't be too mushy.
  • Heat margarine. Saute garlic until fragrant. And add the fried patin.
  • Stir fry
  • Add spaghetti, chilies, ground pepper, oregano and mushroom broth. Stir well until all the spices are mixed.
  • Serve warm
