1/4 kg of beef

1/2 pineapple (unsweetened juice)

1 sachet of black pepper 2 tbsp sugar

2 tablespoons of original honey

1 teaspoon salt (can use 2 tablespoons soy sauce)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2-3 tbsp sesame oil

4 chopped garlic cloves

1/2 onion

1/2 cup star fruit water

1 spring onion

to taste sesame seeds

Step to Cook Korean Beef Bulgogi

If all the ingredients are ready, now we go to the steps:

Beef thinly sliced. Soak in pineapple juice (without sugar) for 1 hour. Then wash and drain.

Add the tender beef to the marination. Let stand for 30-45 minutes until the spices are absorbed.

Saute the minced garlic with margarine until fragrant.

Enter the marinated beef and the marinade. Stir occasionally, then add the chopped onions. Wait for the water to infuse and recede. Stir again, don't get burnt and sticky.

If the water has receded, remove it. Add chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Bulgogi beef ready to serve.
