  • 1/2 Leeks (sliced) :
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp ground pepper
  • 1 Tsp Chicken flavored flavoring
  • Cooking Oil For Saute
  • 3 Red Onions
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 7 Red Pepper Seeds
  • 1 Grain Candlenut

Step to Cook Budae Jjigae

  • Wash Clean Vegetables then cut according to taste. 
  • Then boil all main ingredients and drain.
