
Ingredients
3 eggs1 sachet of corned beef
1/2 carrot
1 spring onion
2 chopped garlic
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
Salt and pepper
Flush sauce ingredients:
1/2 onion
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
50 ml of water
Sugar to taste
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolve in 3 tablespoons water)
Step
- Saute chopped garlic, corned beef, carrots and leeks until cooked / vegetables are wilted. Set aside.
- Beat off in a bowl: eggs, salt, pepper
- Add tapioca flour. Stir well until it combines with the egg and dissolves / doesn't clot
- Add the corned beef stir fry on the egg. Stir well.
- Fry the eggs in plenty of oil (enough to cover the entire egg mixture)
- Fry until browned. Turn back carefully. Fry again until browned. Drain well. Place on a serving plate.
- To make the flush sauce: thinly slice the onion. Saute in butter until fragrant.
- Add all the seasonings. Add water.
- Taste with sugar.
- Add cornstarch. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Turn off the fire. Sprinkle the sauce over the fuyunghai.
