Fried Capcay Recipe


  • 1 carrot (peeled, thinly sliced)
  • 2 baby corn (thinly sliced)
  • 50 gr peas
  • 1/4 cauliflower (cut into pieces)
  • 5 pieces of chicory (sliced)
  • 1 leek (sliced)
  • 5 pieces of beef meatballs
  • 3 pieces of beef sausage
  • 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp powdered broth
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolve in 2 tbsp water)
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 100 ml of water
  • 500 ml of water (for boiling vegetables)


  • Wash all vegetable ingredients, drain.
  • Bring the water to a boil, then add all the vegetables. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain.
  • Sausage and beef meatball slices. Set aside.
  • Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant.
  • Add beef meatballs, mix well.
  • Then add the drained vegetables. Add water.
  • Add the ground pepper, powder broth and oyster sauce. Stir well. Cook
  • Then add the beef sausage and chopped green onions.
  • Finally, add the cornstarch solution.
  • Stir briefly, then turn off the heat.
  • Serve warm.
