
Ingredients
- 1 carrot (peeled, thinly sliced)
- 2 baby corn (thinly sliced)
- 50 gr peas
- 1/4 cauliflower (cut into pieces)
- 5 pieces of chicory (sliced)
- 1 leek (sliced)
- 5 pieces of beef meatballs
- 3 pieces of beef sausage
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 tsp powdered broth
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolve in 2 tbsp water)
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 100 ml of water
- 500 ml of water (for boiling vegetables)
Step
- Wash all vegetable ingredients, drain.
- Bring the water to a boil, then add all the vegetables. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain.
- Sausage and beef meatball slices. Set aside.
- Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef meatballs, mix well.
- Then add the drained vegetables. Add water.
- Add the ground pepper, powder broth and oyster sauce. Stir well. Cook
- Then add the beef sausage and chopped green onions.
- Finally, add the cornstarch solution.
- Stir briefly, then turn off the heat.
- Serve warm.
