Step
- Prepare your blender or grinder to puree all the spices that you have previously prepared. Prepare a frying pan and oil, then heat it using medium heat.
- Once hot, add the onions along with the ground spices that you have mashed before. Saute all the ingredients until you smell good. After the smell is fragrant, then add the chicken, water, lime leaves and lemongrass in a row back to the cooking pan until the water boils.
