Recipe Jelly and Fresh Fruit Salad


  • 1 small sachet of citrus flavored 
  • 1 small sachet of melon flavored 
  • 2 pears (I use 1 pear 1 apple), cut into small squares
  • 200 gr fresh Strawberry (can use dragon fruit)
  • 150 grams of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 Can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet of mayonnaise
  • 700-800 ml cooking water for jelly
  • 4 tablespoons sugar for cooking jelly


  • The first step is to cook each jelly with a measure of water as at the back of the package (400 ml). Give 2 tablespoons of sugar in each of the jelly flavors, cook while stirring until boiling. Pour in a square / square mold. Cool until set (put refrigerator). If it's set, cut into squares.
  • Peel and chop the pears and apples (if using). Cut the strawberries that have been washed and discard the leaves. Also prepare other ingredients.
  • Mix jelly and pears or apples in a container. Pour mayonnaise and sweetened condensed milk on top. Then mix well.
