Ingredients

Step to Cook

  • First, make paratha dough first. Combine the salt flour and oil, stir then add water little by little until the dough is combined.   • After boiling, add ground beef, cook until the meat is cooked and the potatoes are tender. NOTE: ground beef should be added to the dish in a rounded state like a burger patty. The reason is that the meat is not crushed and the cookopader has no trouble separating the meat from the curry sauce.

  • After 1 hour, divide the paratha dough into 16 portions. Sprinkle a little flour on the cutting board / work table, then grind 1 part of the dough until it's thin, set aside. Take 1 more part, grind it until it is thin until the size of the curl is the same as the first dough mill.
  • Take 1-2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes then spread it over the paratha dough that has been ground. Then cover with the bread dough that was first ground td. Lock the edges of the two doughs by pressing the edges of the dough until the edges of the two dough are combined
